These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Gator Pools LLC ("Gator Pools", "we", "us", or "our"), including our SMS text-messaging program. By becoming a customer and providing your mobile phone number, you agree to these Terms.
SMS Program Description
Gator Pools offers a text-messaging program that sends account-related messages to customers, including invoice reminders, payment confirmations, and responses to billing questions. This is a transactional program for existing customers, not a marketing program.
Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number when you sign up for pool service, you consent to receive text messages from Gator Pools at that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency & Cost
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Gator Pools is not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier.
Opting Out (STOP) and Help (HELP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending text messages. For help, text HELP or contact us at support@gatorpoolsfl.com.
Supported Carriers
Our messaging program is supported by major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Billing & Payments
Invoices are issued for pool services rendered and are payable by the due date shown. Payment links are provided through QuickBooks Payments. Late or unpaid balances may result in additional reminders.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
