SMS Text Messaging
By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive account-related text messages from Gator Pools, such as invoice reminders, payment confirmations, and answers to billing questions.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages will not affect your pool service.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How We Share Information
We only share your information with service providers that help us operate our business — for example, our payment processor (QuickBooks Payments) and our messaging provider (Twilio) — and only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with our legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.
